4. Design & Development Phase

   Stepping into the Development Phase, we solidify the details by creating a comprehensive line item construction proposal. 6. Approval
   Now armed with a detailed proposal, we present you with precise timelines, a proposed construction schedule, and a defined budget. Material selections are completed, providing you with a comprehensive overview and allowing you to provide final approval. This step ensures that you have a clear understanding of what to expect, bringing peace of mind as we move toward construction.

7. Build
   With all elements approved, we transition into the exciting Build phase. This is where the virtual 3D design comes to life, transforming into a tangible, high-quality reality.
